This online store is operated under the store name milkmilkdiy. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the website and to orders placed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the site, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Livestream orders

milkmilkdiy uses a livestream-selection and online-checkout workflow. The $30 deposit starts the live-order transaction and is applied toward the confirmed order total. After the selected products and final amount are confirmed by the host, any remaining balance is paid through the available price-difference options. Customers must select only the confirmed amount and provide the matching livestream name or order ID and confirmed-item details.

A deposit, price-difference payment, cart entry, or automated confirmation does not require us to accept an order containing an obvious pricing error, duplicate payment, unavailable item, suspected fraud, or information that cannot be matched to a confirmed livestream selection. We will contact the customer if clarification or correction is required.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; the customer information supplied to us identifies PayPal as the intended payment method. Customers authorize the applicable payment provider to process the submitted amount.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, materials, patterns, and availability accurately. Screens, handmade assembly, print batches, and livestream conditions can cause minor visual variation. We may limit quantities or correct errors. If an item is unavailable and we cancel the affected order line, we will refund the related payment to the original payment method.

Orders, changes, and cancellation

Customers must review the selected products, price option, shipping address, and contact information before submitting an order. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Requests are not guaranteed after processing begins and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Orders are final after dispatch, except for verified defects, transit damage, incorrect or missing items, and rights provided by applicable law. Processing, delivery, cross-border charges, shipment issues, returns, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy published on this store. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with site security, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected content without authorization, or harass the store, its customers, or service providers.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site design, brand materials, original text, graphics, product presentation, and other store content belong to milkmilkdiy or are used with permission. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.

Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers. Their services can be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party systems beyond our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us as the merchant.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the store, services, policies, or applicable requirements. The version published on the site applies from its stated effective date. Material changes do not retroactively remove rights that already apply to a completed order.
