Shipping destinations

milkmilkdiy currently ships customer orders to the United States. Orders are dispatched from Room 812, 4th Floor, Comprehensive Building, No. 31 Qingxi East Road, Jiangdong Subdistrict, Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after the livestream selection, order details, and required payment have been confirmed. Changes, incomplete details, payment review, holidays, or unusually high order volume can delay processing. If a material delay affects your order before dispatch, we will use the contact information provided with the order to provide a revised estimate. You may agree to the revised timing or cancel the undispatched order for a full refund.

Estimated transit time

Estimated transit time to the United States is 7–14 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping to the United States is free on every order. No minimum purchase and no discount code are required. The shipping charge shown at checkout for standard shipping should be $0.

Live-order deposit

The livestream checkout begins with a $30 deposit. The deposit is applied toward the confirmed livestream order total; it is not a shipping threshold or discount.

Carrier and tracking

The carrier is selected based on the destination and available cross-border service. When tracking information is available, it is sent to the contact details associated with the order. Tracking scans can take time to update after dispatch.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately at gaoge11222@outlook.com if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Cross-border charges

Orders are shipped internationally from China. Import taxes, duties, brokerage charges, or other government-assessed fees may apply depending on the shipment and applicable rules. Unless checkout expressly states that a charge is included, such charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

If tracking is materially delayed, the parcel appears lost, or an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us with your order number and supporting photos where relevant. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier or provide an appropriate resolution based on the verified facts and applicable law.
