Returns and refunds

milkmilkdiy sells livestream-selected and order-specific accessories. Orders are generally final once they have been dispatched. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch.

This final-sale rule does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. We will review verified claims involving a quality defect, an item damaged in transit, an incorrect item, or a missing item.

Deposit and remaining balance

The $30 deposit is applied toward the total for the livestream order confirmed by the host. Pay a remaining balance only after the host confirms the exact amount. If we cannot supply an item or cancel an affected order line, the related payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation before dispatch

If you need to request a cancellation or correction, contact us immediately at gaoge11222@outlook.com. A request is not guaranteed. If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, any applicable unused deposit or remaining-balance payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, the final-sale rule above applies.

How to report an eligible issue

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the product and shipping package. Do not send any item back before receiving written authorization.

Authorized returns

If we verify that a physical return is required, we will provide written return instructions and a return deadline for that claim. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returned items must include the original components and packaging reasonably available to you.

Return shipping

milkmilkdiy covers reasonable authorized return-shipping costs for a verified quality issue. For any other return that we expressly approve, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds and other resolutions

After reviewing an eligible claim, we may offer a replacement, correction, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate to the verified issue and applicable law. We submit an approved refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval or, when an authorized physical return is required, after the return is received and inspected. PayPal and financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund after it is submitted.
